Our professions
Short term rental
Paris Autrement offers you more than 120 luxury apartments located in the center of Paris, from studios to 6 rooms. Whether you are alone or in a group, you will find the ideal apartment with us. All tastefully decorated, these apartments are also fully equipped and are offered for your stays from 2 nights to 1 month.
Long term rental
Paris Autrement also offers you another apartment park: apartments dedicated to your stays from one month to one year. More than 140 luxury apartments located in the center of Paris from studios to 4 rooms. Alone, with family or in shared accommodation, you will find in our park the place you are looking for.
The sale
Paris Autrement regularly offers apartments for sale, whether commercial premises that can be used for short-term rental, or residential premises that can be used as a primary or secondary residence.
The renovation
Another of our agency's professions is indeed the renovation and decoration of apartments on your behalf. From design to completion, including costing, the choice of service providers and suppliers, Paris Autrement will carry out your project.

We are committed to welcoming you in person. Our teams will agree with you in advance on a meeting time directly at the apartment on the day of your arrival. Of course, in addition to the agency's telephone and email, you will have direct contact with your reception agent.

All our apartments are maintained by our own cleaning teams. A service that you can benefit from during your stay, on request (paid service).

Our sales and maintenance teams are here to make sure everything goes smoothly during your stay. Our office located at 47 rue des Blancs Manteaux 75004 Paris is open Monday to Friday, except public holidays, from 10am to 6:30pm.
