Design

Our mission is to imagine hotel or para-hotel establishments that are desirable to their tourist clients, while ensuring the profitability of the investor.

To achieve this, we exclusively seek obsolete land or buildings in prime locations (city center; seaside) in first-rate destinations.

We design these establishments with the triple ambition of offering the best experience and comfort to the client, the greatest ease of operation to the operator, and the best profitability to the investor.

Delegated Project Management

We ensure delegated project management on behalf of the investor. Demanding, overseeing the architects, project managers, and contractors, we ensure the compliance with specifications, deadlines, and budgets.

We perform the reception of the works and prepare the establishments both administratively and operationally for their opening.

Decoration & Furnishing

Creative, we take on the entirety of the decoration, furnishing, and ambiance choices of the establishment, giving it a unique, strong, and remarkable identity under the overarching theme of "intimate luxury" that prevails for all our establishments.

We respect its local identity, both architectural and decorative, and we oppose the cultural, relational, and sensory impoverishment caused by the uniformity of chain hotels.

Legal Framework & Compliance

Responsible, we ensure the ongoing eligibility of our projects with local authorities, especially municipalities, and nationally for the classification of establishments.

We ensure compliance with regulations and the conformity of buildings and their operations throughout the life of the establishment.

We apply the regulations to which investors have chosen to adhere, particularly ISR/ESG standards.

Operations & Marketing

Human-centered, we recruit, train, lead, and develop the teams that manage our establishments, all while adopting the highest standards of the profession to ensure client satisfaction.

Innovative, we develop and adapt information systems, marketing policies, and communication strategies for each of our establishments based on their typology and client profile.

Real Estate Management

Aligned with the interests of investors and aware of our responsibility for the appreciation of their assets, we provide continuous care for the management of their properties. We ensure or facilitate all maintenance and upkeep recommendations.

We assume a preventive and advisory role, enabling the investor to organize regarding the evolution, valuation, and any asset arbitrage.
