Large studio renovated , 43 sqm, treated as a loft ,3rd floor (no lift), for 2 people. Three large windows overlooking a small courtyard no windows facing, in the heart of Paris:
- an open kitchen with a fridge, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, table and 4 chairs and all necessary kitchen.
- a sitting area with a sofa bed for one person, a coffee table, HDTV, DVD, Ipod speaker, an internet connection.
- a sleeping area with a bed of 160 x 200cm. Several dressings.
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC.

February 2016 / Everything about Ludovic's apartment is perfect: The overall condition, location, service etc... August 2015 / I stayed in apartment for three months while working in Paris it was perfectly located everything was as described, clean, well provisioned. The Communication was clear, helpful and easy. No issues
