Composition

Very nice 46 sqm apartment with 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with elevator on the street near Le Square du Temple. The apartment consists of:

  • Living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults), two armchairs, HDTV, DVD, Ipod station, internet wifi connection. Coffee table, carpet, and elegant decoration. Window on street.
  • Modern kitchen open to living room with fridge, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, washer-dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary for cooking and eating.
  • Dining area with a round table and 4 chairs
  • Large room with a bed of 160cm x 200cm, bedside and large dressing room. Window on courtyard.
  • Bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin with door to bedroom and door to living room
  • Independent toilet with washbasin.

The apartment is rented with linen, iron and ironing board. Electric heating. Safe.

 

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

Superbe séjour dans l'appartement Magnum, très agréable et très bien situéans ce quartier très vivant du Marais. Après plusieurs années de réservations, Paris Autrement offre toujours le même service de qualité et leur accueil est inégalé. Merci Paris Autrement.

L’appartement a besoin de:
1. Une petite poubelle dans ta salle du bain
2. Instructions pour le microwave

Parce que La douche est petite et il y a un problem avec levtres tres chaud metal piece attached to the hot cold knob. Dangerous!

September 2018 / Your place was wonderful. The location ideal. We walked everywhere. The metro stations are very close. There are plenty of restaurants, stores and cafes.

May 2018 / The public spaces, elevator corridors etc are pre ww2 vintage and are on 1st impression disappointing , HOWEVER The apartment is brand new and exquisitely decorated, and fitted with a king size bed ( very hard to find) All appliances are provided and they are all "TOP OF THE LINE". A pleasure to use. The Metro is a 2 minute walk away. Supermarkets and shopping are around the corner ,with a superb choice of restaurants within walking distance. The street is relatively quiet and consequently windows can remain open. Laurent responded immediately to a small problem we encountered. We would not hesitate to return

September 2017 / We loved our stay here. This newly refurbished apartment in a magnificent old building is stylish, comfortable and in such a brilliant location. We had a problem with lost luggage but got such wonderful help from the host's representative in sorting it out - merci Migeul... and the offer of toiletries and cleaning packs was so helpful too. You can't beat this location in the Nord Marais, with so many excellent bars and restaurants in the street and area. It's close to two metro stations, so you really couldn't pick a better place to stay in central Paris to explore the city.
