September 2019 / We had a great stay at The Black Pearl! It's in an amazing location (Marais) but on a quiet street filled with great shops, juice places, etc. We were steps from some of our favorite places to eat and centrally located to get to Metro lines, etc. The place is very modern, clean and comfortable. The washing machine was so nice to have during a 10 day trip across Europe, too. Check-in was easy and professional, a host from the company met us promptly and showed us around the apartment. We would definitely stay here again - thanks for having us!

A notre arrivée nous avons constaté en présence de l'agent d'accueil que l'alèse du canapé lit n'avait pas été remplacé et il y avait encore des serviettes en papier dedans. Son remplacement a été fait dans la journée. A mon avis il serait important que l'agent d'accueil vérifie correctement toutes ces choses avant
l'arrivée des locataires. Cela éviterais quelques mécontentements. Sinon le service dans son ensemble est parfait. C'est pour cette raison que nous revenons plusieurs fois par an.

The sofa was heavily stained, and broken. The coffee tables are also in need of replacing. I do love this apartment, but it needs a little bit of attention. It is at the top end of the price range for this size, location and with no lift. I have stayed with Paris Autrement for many trips now. I do regret having to criticize!

August 2018 / We had a great time at the Black Pearl! The apartment was spotless and had plenty of clean towels and extra bed linens. The neighborhood was great. Close to everything we needed! The 3 floor walk up was a little tough, especially with our baby, but manageable. The cleaning kit (available for purchase) was clutch. Having our baby with us meant we needed to do laundry and dishes, so that was really helpful.

April 2018 / We truly enjoyed our stay at the Black Pearl. Each day after sightseeing, it was so relaxing to escape to our comfortable apartment. It was very quiet; and conveniently located within walking distance to a grocery store, countless cafes, bakeries, and Notre Dame Cathedral. The Black Pearl had all the conveniences of home and luxuries that surprised me, including Wi-Fi access. I hope to stay at the Black Pearl again the next time I'm in Paris.

October 2017 / Amazing apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris. We absolutely loved coming home to at night to a comfortable, clean and modern space. We felt so fortunate to stay here!

November 2017 / We had a wonderful stay at The Black Pearl! It was comfortable, convenient and a perfect home base for the couple days we were in Paris. The neighborhood is great and there is a wonderful organic breakfast/lunch place right across the street.

February 2017 / Just amazing! Can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much for letting me stay in your beautiful apartment! I absolutely loved it! I will definitely book it again.

Aout 2017 / I cannot rave enough about the stellar customer service I received from Vincent and Miguel (who checked us in). I booked this place last minute (day of, 30 minutes before their office closed at 6-7pm ish), and Vincent was unbelievably patient, helping me pick the place that would best suit my husband and me, discussing the details of each available apartment. Miguel checked us in 20 minutes later and showed us how to use each feature of the apartment - in the past years of booking airbnb & vrbo, I have never had anyone take me though each feature of a home and shown me how to use it (at best, I had to read or google directions on how to use international appliances). This apartment was clean, spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. We loved it! The best part was that the washer also had a dryer combo (albeit taking 6 hours for a wash/dry cycle, but better than air drying everything), which was crucial to us, coming toward the end of our 2 weeks vacation!

Mars 2017 / This was my second stay this year at Black Pearl. Great location, and in a nice, quiet building. The bed is very VERY comfortable-would have enjoyed a sleep in one morning!

Octobre 2016 / We LOVED our accommodations. The apartment was fresh, clean, attractive, in addition to being in a perfect location for us. We needed a bit less rushed orientation to how to work all of the components; people over 50 not as quickly adaptable to new systems- especially the operation of the television. Your support and responsiveness to every request and concern was deeply appreciated by us. We hope to return to Paris, within the next 8 to 12 months and definitely would LOVE to stay in the same apartment. Thank you for going out of your way to make our stay feel as if we have a "home" in Paris. Merci Beaucoup.
