Composition
On the second floor, no lift, overlooking a cobblestone and pedestrian street of the Marais, with bars and restaurants, very nice 28 sqm aparment,fully renovated, one bedroom overlooking the courtyard and street. It consists of:
- Bedroom: overlooking the street with double bed 140 * 200cm
- Living room: with a sofa-bed, an armchair, a coffee table that turns in a dining table an HDTV, DVD, Ipod speaker and internet connection. Dressing and storage
- the kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchen. .
- bathroom: beautiful Italian shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC.
- Laundry room: separate room overlooking the small private corridor that leads to the apartment with washing machine.
The apartment is rented with linen, towels, iron and vacuum cleaner. Electric heating.

May 2015 / The host who met us at the apartment was Fantastic. He showed how the details of the apartment and said he was available if we needed anything, which was reassuring. The apartment location was superb. There were a numbers of places to eat nearby and the metro stops were just a few blocks away. We were close enough to walk to Notre Dame and just 2 stops away from the Louvre. We were a party of 4 girlfriends, 2 slept in the small queen bed, and the other 2 slept on the couch, which folded down. We were comfortable. The room is compact, but we were able to manage our huge luggage and all get in and out of the shower...enough mirrors to do make-up and all the girly things, and a washer to do a quick load of laundry. The kitchenette was convenient, but we didn't cook anything. In May, we kept the windows open and didn't need a fan.
