September 2017 / This apartment made us feel like we were "living" in a fantastic Parisian neighborhood. The apartment itself was cozy (yet spacious) and charming and the neighborhood lively. Everything you needed was right around the corner - great food from both French and non-French restaurants to boulangeries and cheese shops and a grocery store and pharmacy. The area was non-touristy, but very walkable to more touristy areas - Notre Dame being just a 15 to 20 minute walk away. Great place to stay, especially with young kids with all the necessary amenities (washer and dryer, full kitchen). There was also a kids park nearby which was one of the kids' favorite things to do. We plan to visit Paris again and hope to stay here again.

Octubre 2017 / Alojamiento excelente para 5 personas con una ubicación inmejorable con acceso a pie a la mayor parte de sitios interesantes. A 5 minutos de la estación de Les Halles que te conecta con todo París ( aeropuertos , Eurodisney y toda la red de Metro) A 3 minutos del Pompidu y a 10 de Notre Dame. Fantástica lel tamaño de las habitaciones y del Saló con cocina integrada. Las fotos describen a la perfección el apartamento que tiene acceso directo a la calle lo que lo hace muy cómodo

May 2016 / My wife and I just completed a 15 week stay in the Bahia apartment, mid May thru the end of August. This apartment was spectacular for us and the service of Paris Nutriment was even better, if that is possible. First the apartment - Bahia is more spacious than it shows on the website. The 2 of us used to a large American home were very comfortable alone as well as when we had guests join us. With the 2 amazingly comfortable fold out sofas, we had 4 queen size beds. With another couple or 3 traveling college boys we had plenty of room and wonderful comfort. The beds, linens, appliances (large refrigerator and washer/dryer) and overall comfort of the apartment were terrific. The ground floor ease of access and the neighborhood were all we had hoped for.

Paris Autrement - The office is just around the corner from Bahia so it was convenient for whatever we needed. The helpful attitude and quality of assistance was beyond expectation. Truly a great hospitality organization.

October 2015 / Really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was beautiful and very clean with comfy beds, lovely bedding and pillows,every pot and utensil you could want in the kitchen. The vacuum didn't work very well and was noisy and there was no mop and bucket for cleaning the floor. The location is fantastic - right in the middle of Paris, who could ask for more. Surrounding shops and restaurants were amazing and a short walk took you to major attractions, underground and train station. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend anyone to book a holiday stay here. Thank you.

September 2014 / Very good host, made us feel very comfortable. The place is very good, located in an amazing neighborhood, just a few blocks away from Chatelet station which makes it so easier to move from one place to the other. Not only that but they were also very kind to hold my mail. For sure next time we will come back.

August 2014 / I stayed at Ludovics apartment with my wife and three kids. Great location in the heart of Le Marais just a stones throw from the Pompidou Centre and Notre Dame as well as the great eateries of Le Marais.

This was a great apartment to stay at and with Ludovic having so many interesting properties to rent we would look to experience one of those next time.

July 2014 / We spent 4 nights at Bahia and had a fantastic time.
There was plenty of room for my husband and I plus our 2 small boys.
The Marais area is amazing and so many great places to eat and purchase food from. The selection was limitless. One glitch with the washing machine was fixed straight away. Good area for exploring Paris. The beds were super comfy and the apartment was clean tidy and modern.
Would definitely recommend to any friends travelling the Paris.

December 2013 / This apartment was a great find! An amazing neighborhood with more wonderful bakeries and patisseries then you could ever hope to visit. We traveled with a set of grandparents, a set of parents and two teenagers and the space worked great for us. The kids each had a pull out couch - both were very comfortable. The adults had very comfortable queen bedrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished with whatever you would need and having a washer/dryer in the bathroom is terrific. It is right on street level with a direct entry to the apartment which is very convenient and it is on a small, quiet side street. It is a brisk 5-7 min. walk or leisurely 10 min stroll to a great metro (Hotel de Ville) and of course in the great Marais neighborhood. Lots of good eateries in the area. I would definitely recommend this place!

March 2014/ This was a great location to stay while in Paris! It is very comfortable and modern and has everything you need. The Metro was close and convenient and the neighborhood was in the middle of many shops and cafes - you get the real Paris experience staying here. This was my first trip to Paris and staying here made it even more enjoyable. I would stay here again for sure.

La zona nos gustó, Rue Rambuteau tiene bastantes servicios a mano en dirección al centro Pompidou que está al lado. Desde allí puedes desplazarte andando al Hotel de Ville y a Notre Dame en 10 minutos. Bien comunicado.
Hemos estado muy cómodos, 4 adultos y dos niños. Las camas muy cómodas, el sillón de arriba se convierte en cama de matrimonio y también el de abajo. Apartamento espacioso y muy confortable. Repetiríamos.

May 2014 / We are 4 people who just stayed 5 nights in this modern, clean and beautiful apartment. The neighbourhood was also really charming. Comfortable beds and quiet during the night. Its close to a nice shopping area, nice restaurants and public transport. The arrangements with our friendly host Ludovic went smoothly, and I can highly recommend this apartment.

May 2014 / Vincent met us promptly at the apartment. It had everything we needed for our stay in Paris. The location is amazing. It is a fabulous spot. Convenient to bakeries, stores, the metro, and walking distance to Notre Dame and the Pompidou Center. The neighborhood is a perfect place to stay in Paris.
The apartment is comfortable, clean, with kitchen accessories, plenty of closet space, a generous bathroom. It appears to have been renovated within the past few years, so it was clean and fresh.
